Working Stress

     After Graduation your college/ university, Congratulation that you get your Graduation Hat, & Congratulation, to you again, cause you have train yourself to be independent,  but as for your info your life still haven over yet, you have the next step is your real life of becoming an adult, NOT a children anymore, NO need teacher to teach you, NO need parent to guide, NOW, you yourself, sacrifice with your family cause they, have sacrificial you for almost 20 years.


During, your work, you will face more stress , or more challenging; then college/university; 


What You may face Stress in Workplace:-

• Facing With your Boss/Manager
• Facing With your Colleague
• Facing with your work

Facing with your Manager and Boss:-

What will make your stress with Boss/Manager 

• Mostly all your project or your task need to approve by Manager, before you can start to perform your task or prepare to do your product/ your creation, because sometime if they change their mind you need to redo/ recreate all your product or your task, cause need the approved by the Boss/ Manager, and to show your product/ your task to your Manager/ Boss.
• And some of you, need to face, your manager or boss , especially, once they unhappy of your product or task,Oh...O....you will meet lion face...
• This may make you not confident and perform your task/ product and plus your STRESS, on how to proceed your product/ task. 

Facing Stress with your colleague

What Makes you Stress with your Colleague?

• No cooperation / teamwork with you until you fail to do your product/ your task and also meet with manager. 

Facing Stress with your work?

• Facing with boss/manager
• Facing with no teamwork with your colleague.
• Facing to much work/product to be solve.   

As for my conclusion with Working Stress is:-

• For the work is hard, do it first, then the rest that is not urgent do it later.
• If no cooperation with the colleague..maybe you can find your manager to solve it together don't be afraid to ask, and so ask for your job/your product if the worker's/colleague not cooperate with you.  

Or

• Find some information from the internet to search, that suit for your product/ your work. 
• Manage your time, don't screw up your job/ your product.
• Not work hard but work smart.
• Arrange your time to have a rest or a vacation or relax at the beach and have time with friend/your family.
• If success ,do, until you leave your company, not because of "Good", "Excellent", "Impressive" or good comment from manager keep it up...
• If fail, don't give up, do it again, cause you have the chances, with the good comment from your manager.
• Keep praying daily....for success on your work or any difficulties .
